Protection of Minors and Age Verification

STEMath Hub takes reasonable measures to protect minors who use our platform. To create an account, users must be 13 years of age or older, or otherwise have the express authorization of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the user (or their parent/guardian) confirms that this requirement is met. STEMath Hub is not responsible if a minor provides false information about their age or parental authorization during the registration process. If we become aware that a minor under 13 has registered without proper parental consent, we will promptly disable the account and delete any associated data.

FERPA (20 U.S.C. ยง 1232g) is the federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. STEMath Hub operates in compliance with the spirit of FERPA by not sharing any user data with third parties without explicit consent.

STEMath Hub does not share educational records with third parties without explicit consent from parents, eligible students, or the educational institution.
Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time by writing to info@zenda-innovation.com.
Teacher and registered student data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.
Educational activity records are used only to improve the platform and for IRB-authorized academic research.
STEMath Hub cooperates fully with educational institutions, school districts, and authorized agencies on FERPA-related inquiries and audits.

  • STEMath Hub is a web application โ€” no software is installed on the user's device.
  • It runs entirely in the browser and requires only an internet connection.
  • Users are responsible for complying with their school's or district's Acceptable Use Policy when accessing the platform on school-owned devices or networks.
  • STEMath Hub does not access the camera, microphone, location, files, or contacts of any device.

  • Simulated scores, score predictions, and progress indicators are estimates for practice purposes only and do not guarantee any official test result.

  • Parents and legal guardians may create their own account and link it to their child's account using a Family Code.
  • Parents may register on behalf of a minor and authorize the use of the platform.
  • Parents may request the deletion of their child's account and all associated data at any time by writing to info@zenda-innovation.com โ€” requests are processed within 30 days.
  • Parents may also request a copy of any data associated with their child's account.

  • We are not liable for data loss caused by external factors such as user device failure, third-party service outages, or unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.
  • Total liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service โ€” which for free users is zero.

  • STEMath Hub is operated by Zenda Innovation, registered in Martin County, Florida, United States.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith mediation before any litigation is initiated.
  • If mediation fails, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Martin County, Florida.
