Access for users under 13 is completely anonymous. We only record aggregate usage metrics with no personal identifiers.

Access for users under 13 will always be free and will never require registration, payment, or personal information. This is a permanent guarantee of STEMath Hub.

🔒 COPPA: Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

COPPA is a United States federal law (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506) that protects the privacy of children under 13 on the internet. STEMath Hub fully complies with COPPA by not collecting any personal data from children under 13.

Protection of Minors and Age Verification

STEMath Hub takes reasonable measures to protect minors who use our platform. To create an account, users must be 13 years of age or older, or otherwise have the express authorization of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the user (or their parent/guardian) confirms that this requirement is met. STEMath Hub is not responsible if a minor provides false information about their age or parental authorization during the registration process. If we become aware that a minor under 13 has registered without proper parental consent, we will promptly disable the account and delete any associated data.

📋 FERPA: Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

FERPA (20 U.S.C. § 1232g) is the federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. STEMath Hub operates in compliance with the spirit of FERPA by not sharing any user data with third parties without explicit consent.

STEMath Hub does not share educational records with third parties without explicit consent from parents, eligible students, or the educational institution.

Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time by writing to info@zenda-innovation.com.

Teacher and registered student data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

Educational activity records are used only to improve the platform and for IRB-authorized academic research.

STEMath Hub cooperates fully with educational institutions, school districts, and authorized agencies on FERPA-related inquiries and audits.

Florida protects K-12 student data through the Florida Student Data Privacy Act. STEMath Hub complies by not selling, renting, or disclosing Florida student data to third parties for non-educational purposes.

💻 Device Access Terms

STEMath Hub is a web application — no software is installed on the user's device.
It runs entirely in the browser and requires only an internet connection.
Users are responsible for complying with their school's or district's Acceptable Use Policy when accessing the platform on school-owned devices or networks.
STEMath Hub does not access the camera, microphone, location, files, or contacts of any device.

Practice questions on STEMath Hub are original or adapted educational items — they are not official College Board questions.
STEMath Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board, ETS, or any official testing organization. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board.
Simulated scores, score predictions, and progress indicators are estimates for practice purposes only and do not guarantee any official test result.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parental Consent

Parents and legal guardians may create their own account and link it to their child's account using a Family Code.
Parents may register on behalf of a minor and authorize the use of the platform.
Parents may request the deletion of their child's account and all associated data at any time by writing to info@zenda-innovation.com — requests are processed within 30 days.
Parents may also request a copy of any data associated with their child's account.

🍪 Cookie Policy

Essential cookies: authentication session, language preference, and theme — required for the platform to work.
Functional cookies: anonymous usage metrics to improve the platform.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Users may reject non-essential cookies by adjusting their browser settings or by contacting info@zenda-innovation.com.
California residents have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the 'sale' of personal information — STEMath Hub does not sell personal information.

📧 Anti-Spam Policy (CAN-SPAM)

STEMath Hub only sends transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, family code linking, important notices) and, when expressly opted in, occasional educational updates.
We never send unsolicited commercial emails or share user emails with third-party advertisers.
Every non-transactional email includes a clear unsubscribe link, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713).
Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

STEMath Hub is provided 'as is' for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific score improvements, grades, or academic outcomes.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet providers, third-party infrastructure, browser issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
We are not liable for data loss caused by external factors such as user device failure, third-party service outages, or unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.
Total liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service — which for free users is zero.

🏛️ Legal Jurisdiction

STEMath Hub is operated by Zenda Innovation, registered in Martin County, Florida, United States.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith mediation before any litigation is initiated.
If mediation fails, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Martin County, Florida.
